Paid 50$ for a room, they are under construction so it's kinda a mess there but hey we just wanted to snowboard the next day didn't really care what the place looked like, staff was awesome breakfast was bagels coffee oatmeal good enough for me. Was told the redo will be done in February so we will be back then hope the bars open at that point.
Nothing to like at all. Place looked like something taken from a horror movie. Looked like it had been deserted for several years. Upon arrival we were ready to leave right away, but since it was prepaied and non refundable, we took a look inside our room. Some leftovers from the prevoius occupants. Power outlets fell out from the wall when light was turned on. We left even though it was non refundable.
They also have breakfast , which is not that big, but still cofe is okay and toasted cream cheese bagels are yummy.
This place was horrible. I have nothing good to say about it. It looked abandoned. TV didnt work. We called the front desk twice to fix it and they literally never came. Refrigerator gave out and our food went bad in it. Ice machine at the end of the hall didnt work. One of the lamps next to the bed electrocuted us. The shower head sprayed out in every direction to the point that the floor was getting wet. The laundry room looks like a setup to get killed in. I don't care what price this place is, it's not worth it. Don't do it.
Also they have balcony where you can enjoy code in the morning and get fresh air along the day.

And they permitted us to stay longer for the check out which was very important for us.
I rated 4 stars only because this place is a little shabby and old. But people who work there are nice and super friendly. Hotel location is very good, considering that Delawer water gap information center is 5 minutes by walk. Also there is park area nearby and gas station where you can buy snacks and water. 15 minutes from the hotel you can find good places to eat - outdoor kitchen or cafe inside.
We gonna visit this place again.
Worst place I have ever stayed. I don't mind old, but I don't like rundown. Paint peeling off of bathtub, old soap chunks in drain. Kept getting up all night to adjust the heater, freezin one minute and roasted the next. Would have slept better in my car!!!!!
